[Friends of the TN National Wildlife Refuge](Register here http:/ "Registration") Wings of Winter, Kentucky & Barkley Lake Birding Festival offers three, extraordinary days of birding on lakes, tributaries and river bottoms in the northwestern portion of the Tennessee and the southwestern portion of Kentucky. Attendees will enjoy guided field trips to sites are ordinarily closed to the public, highly regarded featured speakers, plenty of ornithological camaraderie and more in Paris, Tennessee.

Registration is open through Wednesday, January 1, 2020 CST and there will be no extension on this deadline.

How to Get There

Quality Inn of Paris

From Clarksville, TN travel south on US-79. After crossing the Tennessee River go approximately 15 mile. Just after the viaduct, the Quality Inn will be on the right. If you get to a red light, you've gone too far.

From Murray, Kentucky, travel south on 641S into Paris and the court square. At the US Post Office, turn left on Wood Street and travel two miles. The Quality Inn will be on the left next to the Huddle House. If you go over the viaduct, you've gone too far.
