From Morristown travel 6.1mi on US 25E going north. Take US 11W north and travel 19mi toward Rogersville. Take a left on US 70 north. Travel 5.3mi and turn right to stay on 70 N (across from an orange store). Continue 11.3mi to Kyles Ford.
From Knoxville, take US 11W (Rutledge Pk) north 42mi to Bean Station. Stay right toward Rogersville. Drive 1.2 mi and take Rogersville exit to stay on 11W north. Travel 19mi toward Rogersville. Take a left on US 70 north. Travel 5.3mi and turn right to stay on 70 N (across from an orange store). Continue 11.3mi to Kyles Ford.
River Place is at the corner of Highways 70 and 33 at the bridge over the Clinch River.
Our low-impact cabins are tucked away within the trees overlooking the Clinch River. During summertime, they are not even visible from the road. We value the environment and scenery of the area and therefore did not clear the side of a mountain for our cabins but worked within the existing landscape instead.

River Place on the Clinch is a project of the Clinch-Powell Resource Conservation & Development Council, Inc., a 501(c)(3) non-profit community development organization serving East Tennessee.
Located on the beautiful and serene Clinch River in rural Hancock County, Kyles Ford boasts diverse wildlife and recreation opportunities, scenic vistas and an escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. River Place on the Clinch enables guests and visitors to experience this peaceful area by offering cabin rentals, canoe rentals, a retreat center, local goods and gifts, southern home cookin', campsites, festivals, local music and more! After one visit, you'll be dying to come back for more of our daily specials in the cafe, Friday Steak Nite or homemade pie. For a longer stay, our low-impact rustic cabins overlooking the river offer the perfect cozy getaway for family and friends or a comfortable stay for the avid sportsman. Larger groups can utilize our Conservation Center and Retreat, offering lodging for up to 25 guests as well as a large meeting room with presentation capabilities.

Pet Friendly Notes
Well behaved small dogs (under 15lb) are welcome with an approval and additional per-night charge. No other pets allowed.
River Place rents canoes, funyaks, tubes and rafts for fun on the Clinch River! You are welcome to use your own water craft as well. Hunting and fishing opportunities are plentiful on the Kyles Ford WMA. Other recreation includes bird watching, hiking, swimming and more!
