The impressive lodge at Lake Barkley is the largest wood and glass structure east of the Mississippi River. Designed by Edward Durrell Stone, this world-class lodge is beautifully wed to the water and to the wooded shoreline that surrounds it. Don't forget to look up and marvel at the post-and-beam wood construction of Western Cedar, Douglas fir, along with three-and one-half acres of glass. Finally, don't miss the commanding views of the lake from the private balconies. Cottages and suites also are available.
