Friends of Tishomingo State Park

Volunteer Opportunity
Ribbon Cutting at the Nature Center – Gary Mathews

Volunteers Needed !!

The Friends of Tishomingo State Park have been very active in doing repairs to many of the valuable structures in this beautiful park. Volunteers meet monthly to attack disrepair, update landscaping, improve signage and clean up hiking trails. Help is also needed to work various events during the year, such as trail runs, Santa in the Park, Easter Egg Hunts, Kids in the Parks, demos from the Mississippi State Extension Service, etc.

The Tishomingo Park is always challenged financially so the Friends of the Park pitch in to do whatever is needed.
