Parking area, picnic pavilion and there is a boardwalk to the edge of the bluff to view the waterfall.

Foster Falls small wild area (SWA) is a Tennessee Valley Authority owned area that is the southern access point to the Fiery Gizzard Trail. Facilities include campground, picnic pavilion and parking area. Main focal point is the 50 foot high waterfall.

Open year round for hiking and picinicing. Campground open May 1 through September 3o.
