Cullman County Museum
The Cullman County Museum tells about Cullman’s German heritage and its founder, Colonel John G. Cullmann, through interesting exhibits and artifacts. Housed in a replica of his home, the museum is filled with items spanning two centuries. In addition to exhibits and artifacts reflecting the town's German heritage, the museum offers an impressive collection reflecting its Native American heritage, items common in earlier pioneer life, Civil War artifacts, and much more.
Monday-Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. / Sunday 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. (Closed Saturdays and most major holidays.) Begining 1-1-19 the museum will be closed on Sundays and will be open on Saturdays 10-2 pm.
