Delightful downtown park on Chattanooga's Northshore waterfront. Coolidge Park features a beautifully restored 100 year old carousel, a pavilion, an interactive play fountain, the Outdoor Chattanooga Center, and lots of open space. It is a popular destination for concerts, movies-in-the-park, festivals, and special events.

How to Get There

105 River Street in North Chattanooga. Can't miss it! Right along the river and connects to the Walnut Street Walking Bridge!

Coolidge Park features a beautifully restored antique carousel, an enclosed pavilion, an interactive play fountain, climbing wall, picnic areas, the Outdoor Chattanooga Center, and lots of open space. It is part of the Tennessee Riverwalk System, a 10 mile long public park along the Tennessee River.

All seasons The antique Carousel at Coolidge Park is $1.00 per ride and tickets can be purchased from the new electronic ticket machine. The machine accepts cash, coins, as well as VISA, Master Card, and Discover. Groups can easily purchase tickets via credit cards.

The Walker Pavilion, Coolidge Park Carousel and Outdoor Chattanooga Center are popular venues that can be rented for special events, birthday parties, and programs by calling the City's 311 Central Information System. (423) 425-6311.
