In commemoration of the Cherohala Skyway’s 23rd anniversary, the Charles Hall Museum and Monroe County Tourism will host a Cherohala Skyway Festival on Saturday, October 26, 2019, at the Charles Hall Museum from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There will be live music, food, vendors, local artisans, crafters, Appalachian demonstrations, and a huge Tellico Plains library book sale. Activities include face painting, safe archery for all ages, and wagon rides. Lunch combos and many desserts including funnel cakes will be available from 11-3. Food proceeds go to the Charles Hall Museum’s foundation, a non-profit foundation established for the museum to benefit the town of Tellico Plains and the Tellico Plains Library.

Address: 229 Cherohala Skyway, Tellico Plains, TN 37385.
From I75 take Hwy 68 approx. 20 miles turn left on Hwy 165 and Cherohala Skyway. The Charles Hall Museum will be about a half mile to your left.
