Fun Fest is a nine-day festival held annually in Kingsport, TN during mid-July. The festival is made up of over 100 events in 60 Kingsport locations over the nine days and was voted as a Top 20 Event in the Southeast by the Southeast Tourism Society.

The family-friendly festival includes events for all interests and ages including sporting events, concerts, an 8K run, block parties, a maker faire and more.

Hot air balloons fill the air on the final Saturday of the festival during the Hot Air Balloon Glow. The hot air balloons have become such a part of the community and the Fun Fest festival that you can find images of them in murals and on walls of local restaurants and businesses throughout town.
