Downtown Paris Christmas Festival 2020
The Downtown Christmas Festival is an exciting day on the town square that kicks off at 10 am with Santa; a synthetic, ice-skating rink; and a 30’ “Snowzilla Jr. Slide.”
Social distancing and masks will be a must; equipment will be regularly sanitized, as well. Come bring the kiddos, enjoy some shopping, have a delicious meal, and relish in the fun.
Santa will be in his cozy cottage on the courthouse lawn all day. Because "the big man" wants to keep your family safe, he’ll visit with kiddos over the top half of his cool, new Dutch door. Bring your phone to capture precious Christmas memories. His hours on festival day, December 12, are 10 am - 2 pm and 3 - 5 pm.
While enjoying the sights and sounds of Christmas, warm up with a stroll through the Festival of Trees in the Old 5 & 10 Event Center. This popular attraction is open from November 24 - December 16. Built in 1874, this historic space has been lovlignly refurbished and is filled with joyfully decorated Christmas trees. New this year are digital entries scrolling on a large screen. Don't forget to vote for your favorite!
Visiting Santa is FREE, but there is a small fee associated with the slide, the ice-skating rink and Trees on the Square.
